Cancellation Policy
✨ Kindly note that I charge a 50% cancellation fee of the service(s) booked for any “no-shows” or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. You will have a 15 minute “grace period” after your appointment begins before being considered a “no-show.” “No-shows” will be BANNED from future booking(s) until the fee is paid. I understand life can be unpredictable at times and there are emergency situations that cannot be avoided, such situations will be handled on an individual basis. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have been ill or have been exposed to any illness. I value you, your time and certainly your choice to do business with me!
